Toji is my favorite anime character, so I naturally had to use this scar on my Sim. It’s a clean, stitched cut running across one side of the lips. I love how the sharp line has slight texture depth, creating a subtle but recognizable anime-inspired look. You’ll get multiple swatches, including bonus options for more customization. How to Install
Follow these steps to install Toji Mouth Scar on your Sims 4 game:
