If you’re looking for longer spiky hair, check out the Jingyuan Hair. This layered shoulder-length style comes with wispy bangs and sharp, outward-facing ends. I like how the uneven layers create plenty of volume without turning the hair into a full punk mohawk. The hair is unisex and comes with 24 EA colors plus 23 additional swatches. I recommend styling it with layered necklaces, chokers, dark makeup, piercings, oversized tops, or grunge-inspired clothing for a more alternative look.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Jingyuan Hair on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
