About This Mod

Cottage Living 5BD Starter is a spacious two-story cottage designed for family gameplay on a budget. Despite the §20,009 price, you get five bedrooms and two bathrooms, with enough space for a household of up to eight Sims. The cottage comes fully furnished and decorated, with a kitchen and living room inside. Outdoors, you’ll find a fenced yard with gardening space, seating, and a small area for animals. The home sits on a 30×20 lot and uses no custom content. I recommend fully updating your game before downloading and placing the build.
