The 30 x 30 residential lot has a warm country feel, with a wraparound porch, plenty of greenery, flower beds, a horse trailer, and a separate covered area for horses. The fully furnished, single-story layout features warm wood finishes and a rustic kitchen. There’s also one empty room you can turn into a nursery, children’s bedroom, hobby room, or anything else your household needs. This cottage works best for two to three Sims, although you can fit up to four, plus one or two horses.
