About This Mod

Hearthwood Cottage is a fully furnished two-story family home built on a 30 x 20 lot in Brindleton Bay. It comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a warm cottage exterior surrounded by plants, flower boxes, fencing, and plenty of greenery. The property also has a small driveway, an outdoor seating area, and a separate garage-style structure. Note that you’ll need the TwistedMexi Better BuildBuy and TOOL mods. I recommend activating bb.moveobjects on before placing the house.

How to Install

Follow these steps to install Hearthwood Cottage on your Sims 4 game:

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
