Gauged Ears Mod + Simple Tunnel Earrings is a custom ear mesh with stretched openings for creating realistic gauged ears in The Sims 4. It comes with both human and elf-shaped ear options, so you can use it on regular Sims or lean into a more fantasy-inspired look. You can find the gauged ears under occult skin details in CAS, with several variants available. But, you need this cas unlocker for the occult ears to show up. The download also includes simple tunnel earrings made to fit both ear shapes. These earrings are unisex and come in eight swatches, plus they work with the Color Slider Mod if you want more color options. This set is compatible with the base game. Over Knee High Sneakers are statement shoes combining the casual look of sneakers with an exaggerated over-the-knee silhouette. The shoes have a small platform sole and long crisscross laces running up the legs, making them perfect for alternative, emo, and Y2K-inspired outfits. This set comes with 18 swatches, including solid colors, patterned options, and variations with black soles. Note that the sneakers also work with leggings and use an auto-height slider. Keep in mind, these shoes may not work perfectly with every body preset. Presets that heavily alter the legs can cause parts of the legs to clip through the sneakers. Note that the shoes have been updated to support body sliders better, so they should fit a wider range of body shapes.

Witchy Nails/Fingers are creepy, supernatural Sims with an eerie gothic look. These extremely long stiletto nails are sharp, creating a claw-like silhouette. The nails come in a few color swatches and opacity options, so you can make the effect more or less noticeable. They work especially well for witches, vampires, demons, occult Sims, and darker fantasy characters. You’ll find the Sims 4 goth nails cc in the Nails category in CAS.
