The Short Cardigan & Ruffle Tube Top Dress is a simple yet elegant mini dress that is sure to turn heads. The tube top dress comes in two styles, plain and patterned. So, if you don’t like florals, you can get the plain versions, but if you do, you can get the patterned ones. Note that the Sims 4 cc contains both the cardigan and the dress, so you don’t have to download separate ccs for both.
How to Install
