The Victorian Haunted House is the perfect mix of luxury and lingering dread. It’s the home I currently use for my Halloween 2025 gameplay. The house features ivy-covered walls, intricate roofing, and vintage windows, giving it the appearance of a picture from another century. Built on a 40×30 Residential lot, this fully furnished three-story home offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, an attic, and a gazebo. It costs 173,144 Simoleons and is ideal for Sims who love a rich architectural style with a haunting undertone.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Victorian Haunted House on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
