Cruella’s Manor is another of my favorite Sims 4 haunted house cc. Inspired by Cruella de Vil’s infamous estate from 101 Dalmatians, this three-story mansion blends grandeur with eerie sophistication. I’d use it to hold grand Halloween parties filled with rituals, paranormal activity, strange valuables, and ghostly presence. This manor comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all fully furnished and decorated throughout. Note that the home also includes a garden on one side and a small muddy pond. If your Sims are aspiring investigators who live like fashion royalty with a dark side, grab this Sims 4 haunted house.

How to Install

Follow these steps to install Cruella’s Manor on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
