Not every Sim’s life is picture-perfect, and the Scruff & Stuff set helps you embrace that reality. This collection comes with 35 items, including vintage cabinets in clean, broken, and modern states, a kitchen sink, laundry basket, crib, ironing board, changing table, and a toddler bed. You’ll also get plenty of realistic clutter, such as beer bottles, pizza boxes, chip bags, dirty dishes, and hanging clothes. I’ve used this pack before to add a worn, lived-in atmosphere to my Sim’s family home. The items did a great job at highlighting the struggles of my two Sims parents with their five kids.
Follow these steps to install Scruff and Stuff Worn CC on your Sims 4 game:
Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.
Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.
Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.
Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
Platform
The Sims 4 (PC/Mac)
Pro tip: If a mod stops working after a game update, check the creator's page for an updated version. Broken mods can cause the game to behave unexpectedly.
