About This Mod

The Family House 9 set is a charming, romantic-style home bursting with personality and elegance. It has a unique design consisting of a rounded veranda, flower-box windows, ivy-covered trellises, and stone archways. I love how the steep roofs, wood trims, and cottage-core landscaping create an enchanting, nostalgic mood. The interior comes with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across 2 floors. The home is ideal for big families who want both style and function in a compact 30×20 lot. Note that this fully furnished house is valued at 356,935 Simoleons.
