If you’re looking for a way to add subtle realism to your Sim’s aging journey, the Gradual Aging Wrinkle Set is the perfect pick. This set features two distinct wrinkle stages to create a natural progression between adulthood and elderhood. The first stage has fewer wrinkles, which appear more pronounced on the second stage. I recommend using stage one during the late years of adulthood before progressing to the second stage. Note that every part of your Sim’s body will show aging, including the hands, which will have dark shade areas. You’ll find the wrinkle overlays in the Face Paint category in CAS.
Follow these steps to install Gradual Aging Wrinkle Set on your Sims 4 game:
Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.
Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.
Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.
Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
