In Sims 4, everyone in the same age group is the same height, which is not realistic as people in real life differ significantly in terms of height. Luckily, the Height Slider realistic mod gives Simmers the ability to adjust the height of their characters. So, if you’re creating a household full of multiple Sims, you can adjust everyone’s height accordingly to suit your preference. You can also drag the neck up and down in front view. The Height Slider features four different height body presets (Short, Medium Short, Medium Tall, and Tall).

How to Install
Follow these steps to install Height Slider on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.
