No Gloom and No Blu removes those tints and brightens interiors, making skin tones look cleaner and walls less dull. I like using this lighting mod to take CAS or gameplay screenshots inside homes. It instantly improves clarity without changing the rest of the game’s lighting. The mod has been updated to work with the latest EA patch, so remove any previous versions from your mod file. In Sims 4, everyone in the same age group is the same height, which is not realistic as people in real life differ significantly in terms of height. Luckily, the Height Slider realistic mod gives Simmers the ability to adjust the height of their characters. So, if you’re creating a household full of multiple Sims, you can adjust everyone’s height accordingly to suit your preference. You can also drag the neck up and down in front view. The Height Slider features four different height body presets (Short, Medium Short, Medium Tall, and Tall).

The Backward-Strapped Baseball Hat is one of the best hats for casual events. The hat is worn backward for a laid-back look. Available in 12 different swatches, including black and white, you’re guaranteed a wide array of selections to match the rest of your outfit. Note that the hairlines that don’t go all the way to the front will show through the hole between the straps.

Experimental Presets & Sliders adds six ear presets and several CAS sliders to your game. The six different ear shapes are designed for Sims aged child to elders, and they appear in the Ear Presets section in CAS. The mod also includes additional sliders for finer adjustments. The Ear Up/Down slider lets you move the ears vertically by dragging them in profile view. The Facial Asymmetry slider allows slight left or right facial variation. You’ll also find Finger Thickness and Hand Size sliders, which adjust finger width and overall hand proportions. This is one of the most efficient presets you can download for more detailed Sim customization.

Vanilla is an extensive custom content set featuring some of the best skin presets available. It contains skin presets for all ages and genders, but we’ll focus on the elderly skin. The skin is designed with wrinkles, sagging skin, folded lines, and eye bags to make your elder look as realistic as possible. Note that Vanilla is a default skin, meaning it will replace all the in-game skins. It also isn’t compatible with other skin defaults, so you can’t mix and match it with other cc’s. I suggest downloading this set to use it on Sims of all ages, genders, and body types. You’ll get age-specific detailing like chubby cheeks for teens, an Adam’s apple for teens and older, and wrinkles for adults and older.
