Check out this remastered Stephan Shirt and Stephan Jeans Sims 4 Male CC, by adrienpastel. Updated recently, you’ll find a new set of jeans in v1 and v2 that is sure to make your CC list. I feel like I just stepped back in time, but like, to the really good parts of the past! I think I’m going to stay here for a little bit. This download comes with 2 different cc clothing jeans versions for for your male sims, and the shirt comes in several different swatches.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Sims 4 Male Clothing CC – Stephan Set Remastered on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
