About This Mod
I believe this was the very first expansion pack. It brought with it active careers and the retail system. Unfortunately, the retail system is pretty much broken and I rarely use it. The active careers are what put this pack in the middle of my list because I do think that they’re really fun. I especially enjoy the Doctor career. I like having more control over what my sim does in their job and being able to befriend (or fall in love with) coworkers. It’s great for storytelling. How to Install
Follow these steps to install The Sims 4 Get to Work on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
Important: Always back up your save files before installing new mods. After Sims 4 updates, mods may need to be re-downloaded or updated by the creator.
