I think it’s clear at this point that mullets are cool and they’re here to stay. This cc mullet is similar to the hair we got with the Sims 4 Werewolves, but it’s different enough that it’s still useful. From the various braids (aka rat tails) and the completely shaved sides, this hair is as grungy as it gets.
How to Install
Follow these steps to install Jazmin Punk CC hair on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.
