Hallow Skin is a realistic zombie skin overlay inspired by Left 4 Dead’s Hollow. It comes in 38 skin tone swatches, each available in damaged and clean variations, making it easy to create everything from newly infected survivors to horrifying undead monsters. The rotting flesh, exposed muscle, deep wounds, burnt textures, and decayed skin are perfect for realistic apocalypse, horror, and survival gameplay. You can find this overlay in Create a Sim under Skin Details > Mole Left Lip. This set is compatible with the base game, meaning you won’t require additional EPs to use.
