Grunge CAS Background is a default replacement, and it turns the standard CAS screen into a cluttered, alternative bedroom. The room comes with a black-and-white checkered floor, band posters, wall art, clothing racks, a guitar, speakers, plants, string lights, and plenty of grungy decor. It’s a great backdrop for punk, goth, emo, and alternative Sims, especially if you want your CAS screenshots to have more personality. The creator notes that the colors may look slightly different if you don’t use the same ReShade settings. This background is compatible with the base game.

How to Install

Follow these steps to install Grunge CAS Background on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.
