My favorite part is the rooftop setup, which turns the top of the building into an outdoor recreation space. There’s a basketball court, smaller courts, and a long swimming pool surrounded by loungers. This fitness center has modern workout areas with plenty of equipment, large windows, and an open layout. The combination of indoor training spaces and outdoor activities makes this one of the best Sims 4 gym lots for Sims who enjoy switching up their workouts. This build has six bathrooms and uses no custom content. Note that if the downloaded ZIP folder appears as a file ending with the number 1, I recommend renaming the ending to .zip and pressing Enter. All the construction files should then appear.
