My favorite part is the rooftop setup, which turns the top of the building into an outdoor recreation space. This fitness center has modern workout areas with plenty of equipment, large windows, and an open layout. The combination of indoor training spaces and outdoor activities makes this one of the best Sims 4 gym lots for Sims who enjoy switching up their workouts.

This build has six bathrooms and uses no custom content. Note that if the downloaded ZIP folder appears as a file ending with the number 1, I recommend renaming the ending to .zip and pressing Enter. All the construction files should then appear.

Beastitute Lot

There’s also a reception area, plus a balcony and outdoor backyard space where Sims can hang out after their workout. I especially love how the combination of exposed brick, dark flooring, and large windows makes the gym feel upscale.

I recommend placing the lot at the Willow Creek Archives location in Willow Creek. Remember to activate bb.moveobjects before placing the build. This set is compatible with the base game, meaning you won’t require additional EPs to use.

Sculpt Lab | Pilates Studio

Sculpt Lab is a high-end Pilates studio with a soft, luxurious aesthetic. This 20 x 20 lot is set up as a gym and comes with multiple Pilates reformers for your Sims to work on their strength, control, and movement. Note that you’ll need the Get to Work expansion pack and the Pilates Mod for the lot to work as intended. I recommend using a soft, bright ReShade preset to achieve a similar look in your game screenshots.
