Beastitute Lot is a modern gym with a cozy industrial aesthetic. This 30 x 20 gym comes with cardio equipment, strength-training machines, locker rooms, bathrooms, and plenty of space for your Sims to exercise. There’s also a reception area, plus a balcony and outdoor backyard space where Sims can hang out after their workout. I especially love how the combination of exposed brick, dark flooring, and large windows makes the gym feel upscale. I recommend placing the lot at the Willow Creek Archives location in Willow Creek. Remember to activate bb.moveobjects before placing the build. This set is compatible with the base game, meaning you won’t require additional EPs to use.
