About This Mod

Maplecroft Cottage is a cozy countryside family home in Henford-on-Bagley surrounded by autumn landscaping. The exterior has a traditional brick design with a small garden, pumpkins, flowers, and plenty of outdoor space. There’s also an area for keeping chickens. Note that the lot uses the Wild Foxes challenge for a little more country-living gameplay. The home was created for a family of three, with two adults and a toddler, so it’s a great option for a small family save. Maplecroft Cottage is also the first home created for the creator’s Henford-on-Bagley Autumn Save.

How to Install

Follow these steps to install Maplecroft Cottage on your Sims 4 game:

Download the mod file from the link above. Sims 4 mods typically come as .package or .ts4script files.

Open your Sims 4 Mods folder. The default location is: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Place the downloaded file directly into the Mods folder. You can organize mods into subfolders up to one level deep.

Launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options > Other. Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" is checked.

Restart the game if it was already running. The mod should now appear in your game.
