This custom content kitchen pack comes with functional appliances, clutter items, build items, lighting, and furniture. I love how well the color palette fits with the overall vibe of the kitchen. It’s really giving off a retro feel! All in all, you get everything you need to make your vintage dream kitchen come to life. Who doesn’t love all the smeg-inspired cc? so aesthetic!

Are your sims super-rich and ultra-fancy? Well, then they absolutely need everything in this Lux Bathroom cc pack. The marble tub with the massive chandelier hanging above…iconic. (and also maybe a little scary? 😧)

Working from home has never been more common than it has been in the past couple of years. This fan made custom contest pack of office items has everything you could ask for to make a dedicated workspace in your sims home. The download has 32 pieces of furniture that cover pretty much any office cc you could need and or want, including a desk and chair for your sim kids. Once again, this is Patron-only access…but it’s too cool not to share.

Introducing the exquisite Stylish Wood Dreamy Nursery, a cherished addition to my personal collection. This CC Pack features a range of wooden furniture pieces meticulously crafted to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for your Sim’s precious little one. With a sturdy crib, modern bassinet, cozy rocking chair, spacious changing table, and storage-packed dresser, this set offers both functionality and style. The design aesthetic is centered around simplicity, featuring clean lines and minimalist details that exude a timeless charm. The natural finish of the wooden furniture adds a touch of warmth and texture to the nursery, creating an inviting space for your Sim’s bundle of joy. To enhance the authenticity and practicality of the nursery, SIXAM included delightful clutter items inspired by suggestions from their patrons. From a kit of formulas with baby bottles to diaper boxes, a baby monitor, and a baby bottle warmer, these thoughtful additions add a touch of realism and convenience to your Sim’s parenting experience.

Whether you’re cluttering up a garage, filling out your workshop, or just enjoy having visible utilities, this fan made cc pack has you covered. All of the cc you get in this pack is so well done and look great in-game. Seriously…they look like they could be from EA themselves. You get 36 items with the download, like utility boxes, a new woodworking table, pipes, a sprinkler, gas meters, and more (some of which require an expansion pack to function properly!)

This is kind of a mini cc pack, but I wanted to include it because the items are stunning and I use them quite often in my builds. There are 5 pieces of custom content included in the download. The swatches that come with the chairs are just sooo pretty!

This is the perfect sims 4 cc for decorating a vacation home, Airbnb, or even your sim’s luxury bedroom. It comes with 42 new hotel-inspired items. The desk is my favorite piece out of the entire cc pack. You have to check it out. It’s stunning!

This teen bedroom set is the coolest! The opposite room designs remind me so much of Angela & Lillith, the Pleasant twins from Sims 2 (who also make an appearance in Sims 4 University, but it’s not the same…) You’ll receive 44 new items in this fan-made stuff pack, but my favorite item out of them all has to be that neon plumbob sign! I want one!! *This pack requires you to be a tier 2 of Sixam’s Patreon.
