About This Mod

Community Gym & Pool is a spacious recreational lot designed for Sims who enjoy working out and swimming. The build comes with a fitness area equipped with treadmills and workout machines, a dedicated weightlifting space, and an outdoor swimming pool with both tall and small diving boards. There are also poolside lounge chairs, locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers, making this a practical community lot for everyday workouts or casual swim days. Note that you’ll require the Adventure Awaits Expansion Pack for all items to appear as intended. This set is compatible with the base game.
