If you want more control over how your sim’s thighs and calves look, then this body mod is for you! The thigh slider is more for the inner thighs and lets you alter how close together or far apart their thighs are. The calf slider lets you change the general shape and size of your sim’s calves.

Let your immortal beauties accessorize in style with these dangly earrings. These cc earrings are comprised of a gem with bat wings and a crystal hanging below them. They come in 36 swatches and work on both genders.

No Chill Poses is a bold collection of seven expressive animations designed for Sims with attitude. The pack includes four variations of middle-finger gestures and two rock-on hand signs, perfect for rebellious characters, alternative aesthetics, and dramatic screenshots. The CAS version replaces the Hot-Headed trait. Keep in mind that the CAS versions appear horizontally flipped, which is normal behavior in Create-a-Sim.

The Nihil Nose Chains cc is a bold and unconventional piercing set that comes in double-high nose piercings connected by a delicate chain. The accessory is available in two versions: one with smooth metal balls and another with edgy spikes, and each comes in 11 color options. You can get it under the right nose ring, and it moves with noise sliders when zoomed out for seamless gameplay. You’ll need to do some additional minor editing to ensure the nose doesn’t appear sunken. These nose chains are ideal for alternative, gothic, or avant-garde Sims to add an effortlessly rebellious touch.

Dragula Eyeliner is a bold gothic eyeliner with a thick, winged shape and long pointed lashes extending from the outer corners. The black liner wraps around the eyes for a heavy, dramatic finish, making it a great option for goth, vampire, and other alternative Sims. It comes in 4 black swatches with different opacity levels, so you can choose how intense you want the liner to appear. The final swatch has 50% opacity. Don’t be fooled by the front-angle preview, as the inner and outer wings look longer from the front than they actually appear in-game. This means that the final shape is slightly shorter depending on your viewing angle and your Sim’s eye shape. Dragula Eyeliner is available for feminine Sims of all ages except babies.

Bathory Hair is a long, straight hairstyle with sharp V-shaped bangs and a sleek silhouette reaching down the Sim’s back. The piece has dramatic length and a pointed fringe ideal for dark CAS aesthetics. This Sims 4 goth hairstyle comes in 41 swatches, including 18 EA colors and 23 bonus shades. It also comes with an ombre overlay, which you can use to create striking gradients like the white-to-red combination shown above. You can locate the overlay under the face paint or left brow ring category. The hairstyle is made for feminine Sims from teen to elder and works with hats. Hell Stompers are Demonia-inspired knee-high boots based on the Concord 108 style. They have a lace-up front, multiple buckle straps, and dramatic platform soles, making them ideal for industrial-inspired outfits. This set comes in three versions with different platform heights: low, medium, and high. Each version has 14 swatches, including classic black and white alongside pink, purple, blue, green, red, and other bright shades. You can download each height separately or grab the merged package containing all three. The Hell Stompers are made for feminine Sims from teens to elders and use an edited version of the base-game combat boots.

This makeup set is perfect for any goth Sim who wants to add a touch of drama to their look. It includes everything you need to create a dark and edgy look, from black eyeliner to red lipstick.

The “Dolly” Choker & Earrings Set is a creepy-cute accessory set with a doll face design. The choker is made up of a simple band with a bow and a dangling doll head, while the matching earrings use the same doll head with small bows at the top. You’ll find the choker in 14 swatches and three sizes: small, medium, and large. Note that the small size is required for the medium and large versions to work. You also get matching earrings in 10 swatches. I’d style this set with pastel goth, creepy-cute, or alternative outfits. One thing to keep in mind: the creator lists the choker as high-poly at around 6k polygons and the earrings at almost 12k. Also, expect the set to cause crashes when selected in CAS. The issue doesn’t affect everyone, but I recommend saving your game before trying these accessories in CAS.

Pyretta Hair is a long gothic deathhawk with shaved sides and sideburns. The hair sweeps across the top and continues into long, straight lengths on both sides, while the sideburns along the shaved areas add another edgy detail to the hairstyle. This is a great choice for creating goth, punk, vampire, or rock-inspired Sims, especially when paired with dark makeup, piercings, tattoos, and alternative clothing. You can choose from 38 swatches, including 24 EA colors and 14 bonus shades. Note that Pyretta Hair has hat chops and is designed for Sims aged teens to elders.

Nihil Nose Chain is a double-nostril piercing connected by a fine chain that sits across the bridge of the nose. This bold, alternative piece comes in 2 versions: balls or spikes, with 11 swatches each. This gives you flexibility in both style and color. The piece is unisex. Note that you may have to detail-edit your Sim’s nose so the piercing won’t sink.
