It adds a fully playable cosmetology system to your game, complete with hair salons, cosmetology school, skill progression, and licensing. With this mod, your Sims can attend cosmetology school, research hair care topics, improve their cosmetology skill, and eventually earn a license to open a functional salon. Functional Nail Salon is a gameplay mod that allows your Sims to own and operate working nail salons. Sims with the Nail Salon trait can open and close their businesses, collect payments every 24 hours, and earn between §750 and §2,500 from their services. This mod is base game compatible, but you’ll need Spa Day to perform manicures and pedicures. Your Sim also needs a Level 6 Wellness skill or higher to provide nail services. The mod uses the All-In-One Power PC, and you can place the salon on residential, generic, or spa lots. Also, spa lots will spawn NPC workers. Once installed, your Sims gain access to the Nail Salon trait in the Lifestyle category in CAS. Customers can receive manicures and pedicures, and you’ll unlock additional social interactions through the Nail Customer menu.

Private Prisons V2 lets your Sim become a prison warden and manage a fully functional private prison in The Sims 4. You can use Off Grid Survival V2 alongside a zombie outbreak mod to make food and resources difficult to access after society collapses. Instead of letting your survivors purchase groceries or cook freely, assign them the Survivalist trait so they rely on hunting, gathering materials, and animal traps. This creates a realistic risk-and-reward system for zombie gameplay. Your survivors may need to leave the safety of their bunker to search for supplies, then return without enough food for the household.

Moving Out Custom Aspiration is a storytelling mod designed for Sims who are ready to leave a bad roommate, unhappy relationship, or difficult living situation behind and start fresh. Once your Sim begins the moving-out process, they receive the New Beginning trait and unlock a dedicated Moving Out social menu. You can use the new interactions as your Sim works toward leaving their current home. After the move, select Complete Moving Out from the Actions menu to remove the New Beginning trait. The mod also adds a Moving Out aspiration under the Housing aspiration category. Note that completing its goals rewards your Sim with the Stronger Alone trait, making this a fun option for breakup storylines, roommate drama, or any storyline centered around starting over.
