I recently wrote a post about the best sims 4 body presets, but if you want even more control over your sim’s appearance, I highly recommend using slider mods!
If you don’t know what they are, sliders give you the ability to expand or extend a feature of your sim’s face or body. For example, a chin slider would allow you to make your sim’s chin much pointer, longer, or bigger than what EA allows you to do.
With sims 4 sliders, there are basically NO LIMITS! You can create insanely unique and beautiful sims. They’re also amazing for creating more diverse sims, as some features that are found within ethnicities have previously been difficult to create in CAS.

1. Sims 4 Height Slider Mod by Luumia
Have you ever wanted your sims to be taller or shorter? Now you can make your sims whatever height you want with the height slider mod!
The download also includes a neck slider that will allow you to make your sim’s neck longer or shorter.
Plus, a hip slider that gives you more control over the shape of your sim’s hips.
2. Sims 4 Nose Slider Mod by ice-creamforbreakfast
Here’s a sims 4 expanded slider mod that you definitely need! This is a nose slider mod that lets you adjust the size of nostril angle and nose sidewall of your sim.
The mod works for teens through elders. To use it, you’ll need to be in the closest CAS zoom while molding the nose.
3. Sims 4 Lip Fullness Slider Mod by vibrantpixels
This is a lip slider mod that allows you to give your sims fuller, juicer lips. The slider has been modified to make sure that the lips look good not only from the front but the profile view too.
The download also comes with a skin overlay, if you’re interested!

4. Sims 4 Temple Slider Mod by squeamishsims
This temple slider mod for sims 4 was created so that you can give your sims a more angular forehead. The creator mentions that they were frustrated with how round sims’ foreheads were, so they made this special mod to fix that problem.
Once downloaded, you’re able to use this slider mod by being completely zoomed in on your sim’s forehead and dragging the forehead down.
5. Sims 4 Chin Slider Mod by Miiko
I absolutely LOVE this chin slider mod by Miiko! It’s one that I use quite often to give my sims that chiseled chin appearance.
You can see how I used it on my sim, Clara, for the Featured Image of this post. I think it gives her a super unique look and I love it!
As you can see, you’re able to get complete control over how your sim’s chin looks. Whether you want it to be heart-shaped, rounded, pointy…you name it and you can create it with this CAS slider!
6. Sims 4 Hip Dips Slider Mod by ice-creamforbreakfast
In recent years, hip dips have become an obsession on social media. They’re often seen as a flaw, but I disagree with that wholeheartedly!
I truly think that having hip dips is:
- normal
- can be a sign of being super fit
I think we should all embrace the hip dips, and then while we’re at it, why not give them to our sims with this hip dip slider mod? Realistic bodies for the win!
7. Sims 4 Dimples Face Slider Mod by vibrantpixels
I think we can all agree that dimples are absolutely adorable! Now your sims can have dimples too with the dimples slider mod by vibrantpixels.
To use the mod, you’ll need to be clicked onto the forehead in detail edit mode in CAS.
One of the coolest parts about this mod is that you can even give child sims dimples. So cute!
8. Sims 4 Eyelid Space Slider Mod by opaltear
This is a slider mod we have desperately needed for the sims 4!
This is an eyelid space mod, that allows you to create more or less eyelid space so you can create features like hooded eyes in a more realistic-looking way.
I love that this mod gives you the ability to include more diverse sims into your gameplay!
9. Sims 4 Butt Slider Mod by dumbabysims
Have you ever wanted your sims to have a bigger booty? Do you want your sims to have that thick body look? If so, then you absolutely NEED this mod!
This is a detailed butt slider mod that allows you to increase the size of your sims booty and make it look amazing in the process.
The best part is: the mod works for both male and female sims.
10. Sims 4 Eye Sliders by Obscurus
Just like the eyelid space slider mod, this eye slider mod gives you more control over creating realistic eye shapes.
This slider mod not only allows you to adjust your sim’s eyelids, as you can see from the gif above, but also the size of their pupils!
11. Sims 4 Belly Slider Mod by hi-land
Hi-land is known for creating some incredible sims 4 body presets (I’ve featured the best ones in this post), but now you can have the control. Create whatever body shape you desire with this belly slider mod!

12. Sims 4 Cheek Slider by pirumxsim
With this cheek slider mod for sims 4, you can either give your sims a more defined, carved-out face shape OR gorgeous, rounded cheeks.
As someone with a naturally round face, I appreciate having the ability to give my sims a rounder face.
After downloading, you can utilize this mod by being in the cheek detail mode in CAS.
13. Sims 4 Nose Tilt Slider by ice-creamforbreakfast
The nose tilt slider mod is a unique one! This CAS slider mod lets you change the direction of your sim’s nose.
I hope that this doesn’t come across as offensive to anyone, but I can see this slider being used to create or alter the nose of someone who has had a broken nose.
It adds that next level of realism to the stories you may be creating in your gameplay and I love that!
14. Sims 4 Leg Length & Hip Height Slider Mod by dumbabysims
This hip slider mod allows you to move your sims’ hips and up and down; therefore, giving them longer or shorter legs.
Speaking from my own experience, it’s super normal for some people to have long legs for their body or shorter legs their body, and our sims should have those fun quirks as well!
To use this slider mod, make sure that you’re clicking on your sim’s hips and not their butt! This troubleshooting tip is on the download page and I wanted to make sure that you didn’t miss it!
15. Sims 4 Eyebrow Slider by Miiko
Another favorite of mine on this list is this eyebrow slider by Miiko! Miiko is ALWAYS putting out high-quality sims 4 cc and mods, and this is no exception.
With this mod, you can give your sim bold, close-together brows or short and spaced brows.
To use this mod, click the inner ends of your sim’s eyebrows in normal view (not detailed.)
16. Sims 4 Breast Slider Mod by pirumxsim
Do you want your sims to have more realistic-looking boobs (especially larger ones?) Then you NEED this breast slider mod by pirumxsim.
You can alter your sim’s breast shape by moving left or right, or up and down using the CAS chest controls.
This body slider works on teens through elders and only on female-framed sims!
17. Sims 4 Chin Dimple Slider by sunflower-petals
Here’s another chin slider, but this time, it helps you to create a chin dimple (sometimes known as a butt chin.)
My son was actually born with a chin dimple and now with this mod, I can make his sim-self look more like his real-life self. Yay!
This is a great face slider to have in your game so that you can give your sims an iconic cleft chin!
18. Sims 4 Pouty Lip Slider by Miiko
Miiko does it again with an incredible slider mod. Give your sims gorgeous and luscious lips with this sims 4 lip slider mod!
This slider will help you create that sought-after, Instagram pouty lip shape in create-a-sim.
19. Sims 4 Jawline Slider Mod by pirumxsim
This face slider mod will give your sims a sculpted and chiseled face with jawline and brow ridge curves!

To utilize the slider, alter the forehead in detail mode.
20. Sims 4 Leg Slider for Inner Thigh & Calf by bloodmooncc
If you want more control over how your sim’s thighs and calves look, then this body mod is for you!
The thigh slider is more for the inner thighs and lets you alter how close together or far apart their thighs are.
The calf slider lets you change the general shape and size of your sim’s calves.
21. Sims 4 Shoulder Height Slider by Dumbaby
Give your sims dainty or broad shoulders with this shoulder slider mod!
By moving your sims’ shoulders up, you can give them a more masculine, large, and broad shoulder look.
Or move the shoulders down, and give your sim a more delicate and dainty shoulder appearance.
22. Sims 4 Arm Thickness Slider + Hip Sliders by vibrantpixels
I’m pretty obsessed with this body slider. The download itself comes with two sliders: one for arm thickness and a slider for hips.
But personally, the arm thickness slider stands out the most to me! Some people carry their weight in their arms if they gain a few extra pounds, including me! 🙋
This mod is incredible because it allows you to increase the size of your sims’ arms. Genius! A total must-have body slider for your mods folder.
23. Sims 4 Dog Size Slider Mod by pixelpfote
Here’s a fun sims 4 slider: it’s for your pets! With this pet slider mod, you can increase or decrease the typical pet size in the sims 4.
It works for both large and small dogs, but keep in mind that some of the animations may look a little bit funny during actual gameplay!
