Body presets are incredible sims 4 mods that add diversity to your sim’s body types. They make the sims around your worlds look more unique, instead of them all being a few cookie-cutter shapes.
The best thing about sims 4 body mods is the fact that you can create a more accurate representation of yourself, those around you, or your favorite celebrities.
Keep in mind that some of these body presets suggest body sliders that go along with them to give your sim the exact look you see in the preview photos. This is usually noted on the download page, with links to get the sliders, so be on the lookout for that!

If you don’t like to have to download a bunch of mods, I HIGHLY recommend checking out #27 on this list. It’s a body mod that includes over 100+ CAS body shape presets for both males & females.
1. Sweet Body Preset by Simulation Cowboy
This is probably my most used sims 4 body mod for females! I love the curviness it adds to my sims and the more realistic tummy!
It’s only one preset and it works for females, aged teen to elders.
2. Sims 4 Heidi Body Preset by Simpink
This sims 4 body preset aims to create more life-like sims in your game. The Heidi body preset is another one that I find myself using a lot when creating sims.
It looks great on all of the body shapes: lightweight, heavyweight, athletic, & non-athletic.
3. Sims 4 Thick Body Preset Pound Cake by Afrosimtricsimmer
This sims 4 body mod really brings body diversity to the game. It will give your sim larger hips and thighs with a tiny waist. I absolutely love the name of this body mod: Pound Cake.
4. Sims 4 Male Body Presets by vibrantpixels
We truly don’t see enough male body diversity. Not only in the sims 4, but in real life, too.
This is a set of four sims 4 body presets for male sims to create more variety in their body shapes. Definitely check them out to create more realistic bodies for the men in your game!
5. Sims 4 Mogan Body Preset by arenetta
This is a beautiful sims 4 body preset for female sims. The body type reminds me a lot of Naomi Campbell. Long and lean.

6. Jupiter Sims 4 Body Preset by sunlight-reversal
I love the body representation with this preset. I like to think of this one as a more realistic take on women’s bodies rather than what social media is constantly pushing down our throats.
It’s a feminine body type with a flatter chest, hip dips, and a natural tummy shape.
7. Sims 4 Athletic Body Preset by lutessasims
If you’re looking to create a super fit and toned sim, this body mod is for you. This body type would be perfect for a personal trainer or fitness model sim.

8. Honey Body Preset for Sims 4 by Simulation Cowboy
This is a sims 4 body preset that you can use a wide range of figures. It will work on lightweight, heavyweight, athletic, or non-athletic body types.
The arms and stomach are thicker and there’s meant to be no thigh gap to create a more realistic body type.
9. Sims 4 Shy Body Preset by mystelise
This is a dainty and delicate sims 4 body shape mod for female sims. The creator describes the body shape as “kind of jellybean shaped” with thick thighs.

This sims 4 realistic body mod is meant to create a curvier body type. If you want your sim to have the same look as the preview, you’ll need to use sliders and a set of overlays.

As the creator says, this preset is simple, your sim will have bigger breasts and a bigger butt. It’s meant for female sims only (obviously) and works on young adults through elders.

This set of body presets are meant to be used at a sim’s max weight to look their absolute best.

The sophie sims 4 body preset is meant to replicate an athletic and muscular body type.
Perfect for a sim who loves to work out making it pair perfectly with the fitness instructor career mod from this post.
Personally, this body preset reminds me a lot of a professional dancer’s body type.

This is a sims 4 body mod for male sims. It’s meant to replicate just a very basic male body type. Everything on the body is enhanced besides the arms.

The creator notes that it looks best when using a medium physique, but you can use it however you would like!

This body preset creates a lean, tight, and toned body type. it works for teens through elders and sliders are recommended to replicate the exact shape of the body.
18. Sims 4 Fairy Body Mod by moony-bonbon
How cute is this fairy body mod? It makes your sims much smaller and more petite compared to the average size of sims.

19. Sims 4 Curvy Body Presets by hi-land
This is a GREAT set of sims 4 body presets, especially if you want to create thick body sims. It’s three different presets with varying body types. I use this set of body mods all the time!
20. Sims 4 Realistic Body Presets by vibrantpixels
If you’re looking for realistic sims 4 body mods, then this is an excellent pack to consider downloading.
The download includes three unique body shapes. One of which is on a male frame for females (but also works for males!)
Not only does this pack contain the three body presets, but it includes 3 lip presets for your sims as well!
21. Sims 4 Female Body Mod by NoNvme Studios
This is an absolutely STUNNING body preset! It will give your sims that curvy hourglass shape with a chiseled stomach and waist that is so sought after these days.
If you’re looking for a thick body preset then this slick body preset by NoNvme Studios is a great option!
22. Sims 4 Cute Body Preset by NoNvme Studios
This is another incredible sims 4 body mod by NoNvme Studios. With this preset, the body is slightly less curvy than the previous preset, but still thick in all the right places.
According to the creator, this body preset has hip dips and a bit more “posture” in the chest area. It’s more lifted.
The creator also claims that this preset works well with all body types in-game!
23. Sims 4 Female & Male Body Preset Pack by hi-land
This is SUPER exciting! With this pack of body presets, you get both a male and female body preset.
That’s not something we often see. It’s typically one or the other.
But thanks to hi-land, if you want a simple way to get some presets for all the sims in your game, then just download this body mods pack!
24. Sims 4 Girlie Body Preset by dumbaby
This body preset pack comes with two versions. The biggest difference between the two is overall body width.
One version has smaller hips and the other has wider hips. I believe that this body mod is meant to be used on your slimmer sims.
One of my favorite features of this body preset is the indent near the hips (or hips dips as people call them now) and the curve of the thighs.
It’s super realistic and something that should be more normalized!
25. Sims 4 Male Body Presets pack by Sunflower Petals
An entire body presets pack for males!! I could hardly believe my eyes when I came across it. It’s a rare occurrence to get an entire pack dedicated to male bodies but here it is!
This pack gives you three male body variations: a slimmer body, a dad bod preset, and a thick male body preset.
They all look absolutely fantastic and are a total must-have for your sims 4 cc folder!
26. Three Body Shapes Presets for Sims 4 by vibrant-pixels
This is a set of three body presets. They’re all variations of a pear body shape.
They’re not as extreme as some of the other body presets I’ve shown you, but they still have that nice bit of curve and thickness.
I absolutely love how vibrant pixels ended up adding an additional pear shape preset with the thighs touching, because well… that’s a more realistic body shape.
27. 100+ Sims 4 CAS Presets by Zerbu
This is a GAME CHANGER! If you only download one body mod from this list, this should be it.
It basically adds to the preexisting EA body shapes making them WAY more diverse, unique, and realistic. There’s basically every body shape preset you can think of included in this mod.
And yes, there are presets for both females AND males! I absolutely love this mod.
