Happy new month, I’m back with the usual roundup of my favorite Sims 4 cc finds for July 2026. Think new hairstyles, clothes, shoes, makeup, Build/Buy items, clutter, and stunning homes.

You’ll find cute summer pieces, colorful decor, realistic clutter, and new builds for refreshing your save. Keep an eye out for this list throughout the month as more creators release new content.
