Note that the lot uses the Funeral Home and Spooky traits. You’ll require SimRealist’s Mortem Mod to access the complete setup. You can still use the lot without it, although one item will be missing.

You must install at least one of these mods, or the addon won’t make any changes in your game.

The Default Black Funeral Attire Mod changes the clothing style at Life & Death funerals to black when you don’t select another option. The Call to Funeral Attire Mod lets you ask other Sims to change into black funeral clothing when you own the Lovestruck Expansion Pack. Lastly, the Funeral Event Mod adds a funeral event for players without Life & Death.

Note that EA clothing assigned through this mod may appear as custom content in the Gallery. I’d temporarily remove the mod before saving or uploading the household to display your Sims as CC-free.

Remember that this addon may conflict with any mod altering the same tuning files.

The lot costs §87,278 and uses the Shop lot type. I recommend also using this home as a funeral supply shop where your Sims can sell coffins, urns, flowers, and memorial decorations.
