There are some TALENTED food cc creators for the sims 4. While researching for this post, I was so impressed looking through all of the incredible custom recipes that I actually got hungry and had to order food. 😂
Majority of these look WAY better than the food created by EA for the game (no shade, it’s just truth.) You’ll see the same creator names over and over again throughout this list because there are only a few cc creators that specialize in sims 4 custom food. With that being said, PLEASE support their patreons if you are able. They do so much for our gaming community.
In this post, you’ll find a mixture of custom homestyle recipes (regular), gourmet recipes, and baking recipes. These are not food decor or food clutter, these are actual custom recipes that your sims can make when they reach a certain cooking skill level and eat.
A lot of the custom food requires sims 4 recipe mods to make them function, but it’s usually just one extra mod you’ll need for all of that creator’s custom food. So be sure to read the entire download page so you don’t miss anything and the food cc works correctly.

1. Sims 4 Meatloaf Recipe by icemunmun
Meatloaf is a food that I grew up eating weekly. It’s a total classic; hence the name: classic meatloaf. And if I get to enjoy it so much, why can’t my sims?
This sims 4 custom food download has been updated for Cottage Living, the simple living challenge, and group cooking. Your sim will need a level 3 cooking skill to make this meal, but it will be totally worth it!
2. Sims 4 Bibimbap Recipe by ONI
If you’re looking for sims 4 custom Korean food, you NEED this bibimbap food cc. I’m obsessed with this meal! It’s SO delicious. Definitely one of my favorite Korean meals I’ve ever tried. It’s filling, yummy, and healthy.
To share this meal with your sims, you’ll need a recipe mod which is linked on the download page. Luckily, your sim only needs to be a level 1 in cooking skill to make bibimbap so it’s great for sims just starting out on their culinary journey.
3. Sims 4 Custom Ratatouille by Littlbowbub
Was it Sims 2 or Sims 3 that our sims could make ratatouille? or both? I can’t remember, but what I do remember is that I had my sims make it all the time. This is a meal I actually haven’t tried in real life but is very popular with my sims so it must be good.
To serve up this dish, your sim will need to be a level 4 in cooking skill. This meal is completely vegetarian, so it’s perfect for your vegetarian sims!
4. Sims 4 Overnight Oats by icemunmun
If you’re looking for sims 4 custom food snacks, then this recipe is perfect for you. The download contains three types of overnight oats for your sims to indulge in: Banana choco, Honey nut, and Raspberry Almond.
Since these are snack food cc, your sim doesn’t need any level of cooking skill to make these. Yay!
5. Sims 4 Mushroom Risotto Recipe by Robin
YUM! Risotto is absolutely delicious. This version for your sims 4 game is a vegetarian dish full of mushrooms with some truffle oil (how fancy!)
From what I understand, this is a recipe that will put your sim’s gourmet cooking skills to the test. However, the post doesn’t indicate what gourmet cooking skill level your sim will need to be at to make this dish.
6. Sims 4 Custom Tamale Recipe by icemunmun
If you’re looking for some traditional Mexican food to add to the sims 4, then download these yummy tamales. Your sim will need a level 7 cooking skill to make these the right way and they are vegetarian safe!
Can we just talk about how INCREDIBLE it is that these food cc creators often make custom cooking steps and ingredients for these custom recipes?? I am so blown away by cc and mod creators for the sims 4. 🤯

I had to add this cowplant cake to the list because of how AMAZING it looks! Cowplants are a staple in The Sims 4 and why shouldn’t we celebrate them with a cake? I can just imagine a child sim having a cowplant-themed birthday party!
8. Custom BBQ Ribs & Baked Beans for Sims 4 by littlbowbub
Are your sims looking to invite over the neighbors and have a backyard BBQ? Or throw a super fun 4th of July party? These BBQ ribs and baked beans would be the perfect dish to serve!
You’ll only need to be at a level 1 in the cooking skill to make this recipe so it will be easy for your sims to quickly throw together for an event.

Kimchi is a super healthy and yummy fermented food. It’s great for your gut and overall, well-being. This vegetarian soup contains Kimchi, gochujang, noodles, and mushroom stock. YUM!
12. Sims 4 Wagyu Steak by ONI
Looking to get REALLY fancy? This wagyu steak recipe requires a level 10 in the gourmet cooking skill. This is for your culinary expert sims!
If you didn’t know, wagyu steak is one of the most sought-after meats in the world. It originates in Japan. The cows that the meat comes from are raised and slaughtered in a VERY specific way making this meat incredibly tender and buttery soft.
13. Sims 4 Stuffed Peppers Recipe by Littlbowbub
This custom sims 4 stuffed peppers dish would be PERFECT to put on a restaurant menu or to have your sim make on a first date.
Your sim will need a level 5 cooking skill to recreate this recipe and you’ll need four bell peppers and two tomatoes; however, they’re optional to have on-hand. But the fresher the ingredients, the better the dish, am I right?

It not only comes in a single and party serving option but a custom snack option too! Your sim will need a level 6 cooking skill to make this bucket of fried chicken unless they’re eating the snack version.

The perfect dish for sim parties and get-togethers! I’m not sure about where you live, but I’m from Ohio, and Deviled Eggs are a staple at all of our family gatherings.

Ahh! I was so excited when I came across this. It adds some much-needed realism to your sims 4 game.
Throw your pregnant sim a gender reveal party and make the cake with either the blue or pink icing to reveal the baby’s gender. How fun!

The cake is four tiers and has beautiful flowers draping down the sides. It does require a level 8 cooking skill, so you may need to contact your sim’s local bakery to get this one done right.

I’ve included lots of custom cakes here at the end, but I couldn’t help it. They’re all so great!
