Hey Simmers. I’m so excited to share a list of the best sims 4 restaurant mods that will take your Sims 4 dining experiences up a notch. There are restaurant mods in this list for everyone and I’ve found that it’s really spiced up my date nights out. With these mods, you can add more realism, variety, and fun to your restaurant gameplay.
Here are a few of the mods I’ll be covering:

One of my favorite restaurant mods is Carl’s Dine Out Reloaded. This mod fixes a number of bugs and issues with the Dine Out game pack, making it a much more enjoyable experience. It also adds a number of new features, such as the ability to hire specific Sims as employees and the ability to create custom menus.
If you’re looking for a mod that will make your restaurant experience more realistic, then I recommend Enhanced Dine Out Experience. This mod adds a number of new features, such as the ability for Sims to dirty dishes and seat guests themselves. It also makes a number of gameplay changes, such as making it more difficult for Sims to get food poisoning.

If you’ve got the Sims 4 Dine Out game pack, then this mod is perfect to plan events at a Restaurant. Even if it’s your own restaurant you can setup a grand opening event and invite guests to come get some high quality food. Restaurant gameplay will really never be the same once you get to scheduling your own events within the restaurant settings menu. Customers can come get some meals when a sim invites them.
Also if you complete the goals of an event like to get a restaurant bill on the table, give out sims drink and deserts for free, comp food of 2 tables, and recommend food dishes you can earn a 10 – 50 Simoleons in tips.
5.) Hire Specific Sims at Restaurants Mod by LittleMsSam
Do you want to have more control over who works at your owned restaurants in The Sims 4? If so, then you need to check out this mod! It allows you to hire specific Sims as employees, so you can ensure that they have the necessary skills for the job.
This mod is compatible with the Dine Out game pack and is easy to install and use. Simply add or remove traits to Sims you want to hire using the new pie menu on host stations. This will help you ensure that the Sims you want to hire have the necessary skills for their job.
For example, if you want to hire a chef, you’ll need to make sure they are at least level 5 in cooking and have the Gourment Cooking and Bartending skills. If you’re tired of your employees leaving your sim’s restaurant after just a few hours, then you need to check out this mod! It makes your employees stay for a full 24 hours before they tell you they have to leave.

8.) Restaurants Off Lot Like On Lot by Sanjo
If you are into restaurant lots this mod called “restaurant off lot” is for you. Basically you can now turn your off lot restaurants into cash register generating machines which will helps drive the same amount of money as a restaurant visit that is on lot. You’ll also remove the off lot customer count penalty from your restaurant lot which is a nice addition that this mod adds.
9.) Catherine Sushis Restaurant by Syboubou
Are you into Sushi as much as I am? Check out these Sushi mods by Syboubou. The set includes 50+ new items to check out and is base game compatible, except the host station or the waiter station which will need the Dine Out DLC to work.
10.) IND Restaurant – The Kitchen Area by TudTuds
Looking for a mod to add some industrial-chic style to your restaurant? Then you need to check out this mod! It’s the third part of a three-part collection, and it includes a variety of objects for the sitting area, bar area, and kitchen area.
The mod is base game compatible, but this mod requires the Dine Out game pack to use the booths, host’s station, chef’s station, and waiter’s station. All of the textures and meshes were custom made, and there are a lot of decor slots to customize the appearance of the objects.
11.) Business Uniform Mod in Sims 4 by FDSims4Mods
Tired of seeing other sims at work wearing the same old uniforms? This mod lets you set custom outfits for certain sims, so they can look their best while they’re working.
The mod supports a variety of uniforms including baristas, bouncers, butlers, caterers, comedians, DJs, entertainers, and more. You can even set different uniforms depending on the different restaurant lot, so your librarians will look different depending on whether they’re working at the library or the community center.
The mod is easy to use and requires no additional downloadable content. Just download the mod, install it, and start setting uniforms and see how your sims react!
12.) McDonalds by JCTekkSims
Build out that McDonalds you’ve always wanted in your Sims 4 game. This will surely be one of the best dining spots your Sims will take the kids. While this mod is mainly a custom content mod, you’ll need to make sure you have the other dependencies installed as listed at the download link.
13.) John Cook’s Restaurant by youlie25
If you’re looking for a fun and lively seafood restaurant for your Sims, then you need to check out John Cook’s! This restaurant is located in Brindleton Bay and is sure to delight young and old alike.
The fish comes from the local fishery and is fresh…most of the time. The restaurant also has a variety of other seafood dishes, as well as some landlubber options.
The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a nautical theme, with plenty of fish tanks and nautical paraphernalia. There’s also a large outdoor patio where Sims can dine al fresco.
The restaurant is available for download on the Sims 4 Gallery. To install it, you’ll need to download the house, unzip the files, and copy all of the files into your Tray catalog. You’ll also need to download any CC or active codes that are required.
14.) Retail and Restaurant Price_F
This mod will make your retail stores and restaurants more realistic. It increases the markup on items in retail stores and restaurants, so you can make more money.
The mod comes with two settings: one for retail stores and one for restaurants. You can choose the setting that best suits your gameplay.
The mod is easy to install and use. Just download the mod and unzip the files. Then, place the files in your Mods folder.
15.) Hire Teen for Restaurant by c82118
If you need teen wait staff for employment purposes, you want to check out this mod. We all know that employees are tough to find, so augment with this mod so you can hire teens along with young-adult, adult and elder talent.
16.) No Sitting on the Floor While at Restaurant by Rasmus Massie
If you’re tired of your Sims sitting on the floor at expensive gourmet restaurants, then you need to check out this mod! It prevents Sims from sitting on the floor in restaurants, so they can behave more appropriately.
The mod overrides the posture tuning in the game, so it will conflict with other mods that use the same tunings. However, the mod has been tested with Carl’s Dine Out mod and it works well.
The mod is easy to install and use. Just download the mod and unzip the files. Then, place the files in your Mods folder.
17.) Experimental Food without trying in a restaurant by TheTreacherousFox
If you’re tired of your Sims having to try experimental food in a restaurant before they can cook it at home, then you need to check out this mod! It lets Sims cook experimental food without trying it in a restaurant, so they can be more adventurous in the kitchen.
The mod requires the “I Dream of Souse” or “Full Disclosure” chef station, and it works with the Dine Out. It does conflict with the mods of LittleMsSam and Simularity, so you’ll need to choose which mod you want to use.
The mod is easy to install and use. Just download the mod, make sure you have the required chef station mod, and unzip the files. Then, place the files in your Mods folder.
18.) Spicy Food Reaction Mod by RobinKLocksley
Do you want your Sims to enjoy their spicy food without having to worry about freaking out? Then you need to check out this mod! It removes the panic animation from Sims who eat spicy food, so they can enjoy their food without any interruptions.
19.) Functional Beer Cans in Restaurants by Somik and Severinka
This mod adds functional beer cans and boxes to the game. The cans can be bought in vending machines or restaurants, and the boxes can be bought through the Realistic Cooking Mod or the S&S Cookbook.
The mod is compatible with the Basemental mod, so Sims can get drunk if they drink too much beer. While drinking, Sims will also get a small moodlet of fun, and their existing buffs of stress, sadness, anger, fear, boredom, and discomfort will disintegrate faster.
The mod is available in Russian and English, and there are also translations available in French, Chinese, Polish, and Japanese.
The mod requires the Eco Lifestyle expansion pack, and it also requires the S&S Cookbook, which is available for free on the creator’s website.

I’m also excited to share this Grannies Cookbook mod that adds a ton of recipes to the game – including your restaurant. The mod works alongside other custom food mods, and it won’t override the in-game cooking appliances.
You can even name the book and place it in your Sim’s inventory to take it to other lots. The Grannies Cookbook mod is a great way to add a new level of variety to your Sim’s culinary experience. With over 100 custom-made recipes, you’re sure to find something your Sim will love.
22.) Restaurant Host or Hostess Career by KiaraSims4Mods
Hey if you are looking for new sims 4 career mods then I’d recommend this a restaurant host mod to spice up your game play. In the mod you can simply select from a menu of career options, and you’ll see an option for restaurant host, select that and bam! You are now a new Restaurant Host!
23.) Sims 4 Food Hoarder Mod by Ravasheen
Maybe you are looking for a way to hoard more restaurant menu food items, if so then try out this food hoarders mod by Ravasheen.
The mod comes with lots of different styles, so you can find the perfect storage solution for your Sim’s restaurant food hoarding needs. Each storage item has a separate inventory, so you can keep your Sim’s restaurant food organized by category. The restaurant is fully furnished and decorated, and it even comes with Olive Garden uniforms that you can use for your Sims.
The restaurant is also a great place to hoard food from restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your favorite Olive Garden dishes, and you can even order takeout from the restaurant. 25.) Mexican Food Stall Overhaul by QMBiBi
Hola mi amigas! Check out this Mexican food stall mod that makes your eating out experience so much more fun. Grab some Burrito’s, or some Pollo Asada to spice up your evening add some south of the Border fun to your game play. You will require the city living pack in order to use this one, but it’s well worth the effort if you are in to Mexican food. Let me know what you think.
26.) Hungry Plumbobs Fast Food Counter by Littlbowbub
This fast food counter mod is awesome! It’s a great way to add a touch of fast food flair to your restaurant or home. The mod comes in 4 different swatches, so you can find the perfect one to match your Sim’s style.

This mod adds a new interaction to the tables and waiters in restaurants that allows you to “End the Restaurant Visit” before leaving. This will prevent you from having to pay for any meals you ordered.
This is a great mod for Sims who like to not pay the restaurant bill. You can invite your Sim to a restaurant, order all of their favorite dishes, and then end the restaurant visit without paying the bill.
The mod is compatible with the Dine Out pack and is available in multiple languages. It’s also easy to install and use.
28.) Functional Custom Bar More Drinks
Check out the Functional Custom Bar that adds a fully functional bar to your game. The bar works just like the real bar but in game, so you can have your Sim tend bar or hire a bartender and order drinks.
The bar comes with a menu of 10+ different beers, including Blue Moon Belgian White, Budweiser, Busch, Coors Light, Corona Extra, Dos Equis, Guinness, Heineken, Miller Lite, and Samuel Adams. The bar is also compatible with Basemental!
To use the bar, simply go to Buy mode and place the custom bar. It will be found in Entertainment –> Bar. Then, click on the bar to open the menu and order a drink.
To install the mod, you will need to download the CustomBar package file. There are two versions of the file, one for fast drinking and one for slow drinking. Choose the version that you want and then drag and drop the file into your Mods folder.
