Sims 4 custom content creators have been making cc nails for a long time now; however, they always had to be put in a random accessories category in CAS. For example, nails would often be placed in the rings category.
But with the latest Sims 4 Spa Day Update, we received actual nail polish and toenail polish for our sims. Plus they have their own category in CAS. Yay!
With all that being said, all of us cc lovers need updated cc nails for our new nails categories. So, absolutely ALL of this nail cc, you’ll be able to find in the new fingernail or toenails category.
I will be updating this post as new fingernail polish cc is released or as cc creators update their old nails cc and add them to the new fingernails category!

This is a gorgeous french manicure cc nail set that also comes with natural-looking makeup. I put these nails first on the list, because they’re SO well-made, come in 5 different swatches, and will become your new go-to’s if you’re into a more natural look like I am.
2. Sims 4 Halloween Nails by kissyck
It’s currently spooky season as I write this post and who doesn’t want some cute Halloween nails to get into the spirit?
Kissyck is a new sims 4 cc creator on the scene and already making INCREDIBLE custom content nails. I’m so excited to see what else they come out with. Make sure that you grab the mesh before downloading or these nails won’t work correctly.
3. All Natural Spa Day Nails Recolor by isaiahillustrates
This is another french manicure nail set for sims 4 but with some fun added touches, like a black french tip option. These also come in both a stiletto or coffin nail style, so it’s completely up to you, or your sim’s preference.
4. Sims 4 Academia Nails Recolor by prismaie
Academia aesthetic is very popular right now. Most people want their nails to match their vibe and with this set of academia, your sims can do just that.
These are the base game nails recolored in the academia palette. It’s 56 swatches for each nail versions and works for males, females, and all ages!

I’m honestly obsessed with these nails. I think they are SO beautiful and they look great in-game. I love the slightly matte and rounded look.
These come in an incredible 55 colors with a pale, bright, and dark variant of each color. They’re an almond-shaped nail.

These cc square nails include a bit of nail art with the word ‘love’ written on them in a rose gold cursive font. I really love these nails because they’re much different than what I’ve seen put out by most cc creators.
They are in more of an alpha cc style, which isn’t typically my thing, but if you love alpha cc then these are perfect for you!
11. Sims 4 Pride Nails CC Bellassims
If you’re always looking for more pride cc for sims 4, then I’ve got you covered!
This ultimate pride nail polish pack includes 56 NEW swatches for your sim’s fingernails category in CAS.
They are base-game compatible and come in two separate versions. One for masculine sims and another for feminine sims.
12. Sims 4 Ombre Nails by ccem
If you want something more unique for your sim’s nails, then check out these ombre nails by ccem. It’s 52 color swatches in both short and long nails for ALL ages (even toddlers!)

This nail basics cc pack is one of the best I’ve seen so far. It’s 25 swatches of GORGEOUS colors in both a stilleto and coffin shaped nail.
If you’re a fan of aharris00britney’s maxis match cc, then you’ll be happy to know that the creator used their color palette to recolor most of these nails. So your nails and your outfits can match perfectly!

Once again, this nail pack by Frenchiesim not only includes the pastel nails, but also pastel makeup to match. The colors are absolutley STUNNING and very aesthetic.
There are 8 nail color swatches total. I think the pink and purple might be my favorite swatches. What about you?

This is a recolor of the base game nails that we got with the spa day refresh. It’s a whopping 55 color swatches. Most of the nail polish colors have a pretty glossy finish.
16. Sims 4 Golden Girls Nails CC by gloomlysims
Who doesn’t love The Golden Girls? This set of sims 4 cc nails are all colors based off of the popular sitcom The Golden Girls. And each of the color names are a fun show reference. There are 16 swatches total and the nails are coffin shaped.
17. Sims 4 Default Pedicure by Magic Bot
This is a gorgeous toenail polish set for your sims! It works with new pedicure chairs and is base-game compatible.
Unfortunately, the public release of this pedicure set isn’t until December 25th, 2021, but you can always get it now by subscribing to the creator’s Patreon.

These cc almond-shaped nails look SO GOOD in-game!! They might just be my new favorite nails.
The shape is gorgeous. The swatches are gorgeous. These are a must-have!
They come in 30 swatches and can even be worn with rings and Kijiko’s eyelashes without any problems.

Kissyck is KILLING IT with the nails cc as of lately! I can’t get enough of them.

This nails cc pack is one of the best out there!
If you like to keep your cc folder small, but still want to have TONS of variety, then you need to download this set.
It comes with multiple nail shapes like almond, square, and ballerina that are available in both glossy and matte. You even get matching toenail polish!
It truly has EVERYTHING you need for your sims to have amazing nails.
I’m SO happy that they gave Spa Day a refresh. It truly needed it! Unfortunately, because it was so recent, there isn’t a ton of new nails cc out yet. I’ll continue updating this list as more come out.
