This is a cheat code that I use all the time. It’s one of my favorite money cheats for sims 4. Unlike using the motherlode cheat, you can use the cheat code while you’re in the process of moving your sims family.
So, instead of having to move them to a cheaper lot first and then move them into a more expensive home once you’ve cheated their money, you can just move them right into a home they can’t technically afford. Pretty awesome, right?
Before using this cheat, make sure you’re currently in the process of moving the family you want to move. Once you’re in the map of the world and moving your sims, follow these instructions to get them a free house.
Here are the simple steps to using the sims 4 free real estate cheat:
1. Open up the cheat code box using CTRL + SHIFT + C
2. Type in testingcheats on and hit enter.
3. Type in freerealestate on and hit enter.
4. To close the cheats console, use CTRL + SHIFT + C again.
5. Now all houses in the world should be outlined in green and able for your sims to move in!
