Pose packs in the sims 4 allow you to take SUPER cute photos of your sims. These photos are perfect for posting on Tumblr or Pinterest, Youtube Thumbnails or Featured Blog Images, or just to have cute photos of your favorite sims.
In this post, I’ve given you all of the sims 4 pregnancy poses that I use and love, except for two that I recently included in my 15 Best Sims 4 Pregnancy Mods post, so if you’re interested in those extra two, check out that post. (and you definitely should because they’re ADORABLE!)
For most of these pregnancy pose packs to work correctly, you’ll first need to download a few related mods: Teleport Any Sim Mod & Pose Player Mod. Some of the poses require pregnancy cc like pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, etc., so make sure you read the descriptions on the actual download pages.
And finally, if you don’t know how to use sims 4 poses, here’s a simple tutorial on how to use in-game poses.

OMG! this pose pack is HUGE! There are 5 options of where to have your Sim sit or stand along with 7 expressions for each!
To get things to work properly you will need the Pregnancy Test Accessory that is available through the download page as well. With this pack, you’ll be able to show off your sim’s first reactions to finding out that they’re pregnant whether that is joy or shock.
2. Sims 4 Pregnancy Animation Pose Pack by GoodChillsStudio
This is a REALLY cool pregnancy mod and different from anything else on this list. It’s a download for pregnancy animations, which you can then use to get incredible photos of your pregnant sim. Think candid photos instead of posed shots.
The pack takes you through all the phases of pregnancy plus a few animations with a partner to get some couple pregnancy photos. It’s a total must-have for your cc folder!
3. Sims 4 Ultrasound Couples Pregnancy Poses by lilalmondsim
Here are a couple of adorable poses for the soon-to-be parents. The coolest part about this pose pack is that the pregnant sim will be able to hold an ultrasound and show off the exciting news!
In the pregnancy poses download, you’ll get 3 poses and the Ultrasound accessory. You will also need the Ultrasound mesh to go along with it.
4. Sims 4 Plus Size Pregnancy Poses by KatVerse
Everyone wants to capture pictures of that time right before the baby comes. Now your plus-size sims will no longer have to be left out of having a maternity shoot.

Looking for the perfect picture to tell the world what gender your baby will be? This gender reveal pose pack is perfect for just that!
You will need the gender reveal confetti accessory to go along with the pack. Nothing is more exciting than when the confetti pops and you get to see whether it’s blue or pink!
6. Sims 4 Pregnancy Test Poses by Atashi77
Here we have another huge pregnancy test pose pack! The thing that makes this one special is all of the emotions you get to choose from!
Not only that, but your sim can also pose with their partner. Just like last time, you’ll need the pregnancy test accessory to complete the pose. With this pack, you’ll really be able to capture the excitement of a surprise baby or show off the drama that it causes.

I LOVE these poses! Aren’t they so cute?? They’re perfect for a couple’s maternity shoot right before the baby arrives because your sim is LITERALLY about to pop.
Show your new baby how much you love them by doing a hand heart over the belly. Or have your sim cradle their belly with their partner in a loving embrace.
9. Sims 4 Pregnancy Annoucement Pose Pack by Traveling Sims
Part of being pregnant is getting to tell all of your friends and family you’re adding to the family. What better way to do that than with these adorable pregnancy announcement poses!

I love this pregnancy reveal pack! It has great options from the moment your sims find out they’re pregnant all the way through the 3rd trimester.
You will need the ultrasound scan accessory which is linked on the download page. Get excited and share the good news with your friends and family!
12. Sims 4 Couple Pose Pack for Maternity Photoshoot by HELLASIM
While these poses don’t have to be used while your sims are at the beach it sure does make them look good!
This pack allows for some more intimate poses between your pregnant sim and their partner. With these 6 couple pregnancy poses you’ll be able to show that belly lots of love and look adorable while doing it.
13. Sims 4 Selfies Pregnancy Pose Pack by KatVerse
If your Sim is enjoying a quiet night in with their baby to be what better way to spend it than taking some selfies? With this selfie pose pack, they will be able to do just that.

Being pregnant was great but there is absolutely no better feeling than when the baby shows up! It’s an exciting moment for both the mother and the father.
Capture that love and cherish the addition of a baby with this sims 4 birth pose pack! You will need a toddler height preset to make this work but you can find the link for that on the download page.
17. Sims 4 Pregnancy Life Poses by SnarkyWitch
Being pregnant is one of the most challenging and rewarding things a woman can go through. (I’m actually going through it for the second time right now, so trust me on this one.😅)
This pose pack is absolutely perfect for realistic storytelling in the sims 4.
It includes 6 different poses, but you’ll need to be sure to get the cc book and guitar from the downloads page if you want to use those specific poses.
18. Sims 4 Solo Pregnancy Poses by HELLASIM
The poses in this pack come across as very elegant to me. They would be great for candid-feeling posed shots.
Don’t be misguided by the name though. This pregnancy pose pack actually includes 6 poses, but for a single sim.
19. 3rd Trimester Sims 4 Couple Pregnancy Poses by sarixousims
As the due date approaches, it’s important to make sure your sims spend some extra time together before the baby arrives.
This 3rd-trimester pose pack is great for the variety it offers, including some poses with an exercise ball. The ball is linked on the downloads page!
20. Family Maternity Shoot Poses by boredsimscc
If your sim already has kids, it’s important to make them feel like part of the process when they’re pregnant.
A great way to do this is to include them in the maternity photos!

21. Pregnant Friends Pose Pack by Lilalmondsim
I LOVE that this pack allows for multiple pregnant sims to take photos together! I haven’t found another pose pack that does the same.
Along with a partner, it can be really important to have a friend who is going through the same things as you to be able to talk and relate.
Keep in mind, these 6 poses are Patron exclusives.
But they’re SO unique, making it well worth it to become a Patron, since you’ll get these and all of their amazing sims 4 poses too!
22. Cute Couples Pregnancy Poses by ratboysims
These poses are so sweet. Having a baby is an exciting time and you can just sense the love between the sims.
On top of the 3 couples poses, there are 3 solo poses showing the mom in simple, classic pregnancy poses.

23. Sims 4 Pregnancy Poses for Storytelling by boredsimscc
Storytelling packs are some of my favorites! I love creating scenes of my gameplay that feel super real.
And this pose pack does just that!
All of the poses are for taking screenshots on a double bed, and you’ll need the custom phone accessory linked on the downloads page.

27. We’re Expecting Sims 4 Pregnancy Poses by Katverse
Although slightly cliché, every one of these poses is tender and sweet. They show an expecting couple in some of the final moments before the baby arrives.
I especially love the one with the heart over her belly (because I have one just like it!😂)

It’s literally the last moments before the baby arrives. Capture the labor process, and beautiful water birth, with this 6 pose pack.
This is another Patreon exclusive, but as I’ve mentioned, they are definitely worth supporting the creator.
31. Pregnancy Milestone Poses by mikrosimsmos
OMG these are ADORABLE!
During pregnancy there are lots of milestones you’ll want to capture and this pregnancy milestone card pose pack is a great way to achieve this.
There are 10 poses included and a custom card accessory and phone accessory found on the downloads page to get everything functioning properly.
32. Couples Pregnancy Reveal Poses by simlishyy
One of the most fun things to do when you’re pregnant is announcing the pregnancy!
It’s generally met with tons of positive and excited reactions.
