Most aspirations will earn your sim between 3,000 – 5,000 satisfaction points. Your sim can have multiple aspirations in their lifetime, so the potential for satisfaction points is nearly unlimited. You’ll also earn special rewards by completing the aspiration itself.

Whims
Whims are things that your sims wish to do. When you fulfill those wishes and complete the whim, you will earn satisfaction points.
For example, Johnny Zest is an ambitious sim, so he wants to earn a promotion. I can, first, pin the whim to make sure it doesn’t go away, and once he earns a promotion, he will get 100 satisfaction points.
The whim system has pretty much been abandoned by the sims team, so you may find yourself completing the same whims over and over again to earn satisfaction points. Since this is a website all about mods and cc after all, I highly suggest that you download this whim overhaul mod. Use CTRL + F to search for it on the page. The whim overhaul mod will put more whims in your game associated with the latest packs and even add some in for the base game. It’s a total must-have!
*If you aren’t seeing whims for your sims, you may have to turn them on. Go into the menu and to game options. From there click on gameplay and on the right side of the menu, check the box to show whims.
Holidays
If you have The Sims 4 Seasons installed, your sim will get satisfaction points by successfully completing holidays.
